What we collect

When you make a founding-school enquiry, we collect your name, work contact details, school, role, local authority and any optional information you choose to provide about your setting and current systems. Please do not submit pupil names, health information or other sensitive personal data.

Why we use it

We use enquiry information to respond, arrange discovery conversations, assess mutual fit for the founding-school programme and keep a record of those conversations. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact the business and, where relevant, taking steps before entering into an agreement.

If you separately opt in to occasional updates, we use your consent for those messages. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing us.

Storage and retention

Website enquiries are stored in Cloudflare D1 in an EU jurisdiction. We restrict access to people who need it to handle enquiries. We normally retain an enquiry for up to 12 months after the last meaningful contact, unless it develops into an ongoing customer or pilot relationship or we must keep it for a legal reason.

Service providers

Cloudflare provides website hosting, bot protection and database infrastructure. It processes limited technical data needed to deliver and protect the service. We do not store the raw visitor IP address or bot-verification token in the enquiry database.

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct, erase or restrict use of your information, or object to its use. Contact us at the address above. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
